General Information
To ensure a smooth departure, we ask our clients to arrive 30 minutes before boarding at 31 rue des Pilotes, Les Escoumins. Departures are on time, with no possibility of delay. We provide, if necessary, thermal vests, waterproof pants, and approved life jackets.
Cruise Requirements
For safety and comfort, certain restrictions apply:
- Pregnant women, people with back problems, and those showing symptoms of Covid-19 are not allowed to participate.
- Children under 8 years old may be denied boarding depending on weather conditions (ID may be requested).
- Families or groups of 4 or more may be split up and placed on different boats.
Practical Tips
We strongly recommend that our clients bring:
- Warm clothing (long pants, closed shoes, socks, sweater, gloves, and hat)
- Change of clothes
- Camera or video camera
Cancellation and Modification Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation 15 days or more before the activity: full refund.
- Cancellation between 8 and 14 days before the activity: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged, and the rest will be refunded.
- Cancellation 7 days or less before the activity: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Cancellation by Du Fleuve
Du Fleuve and its team reserve the right to cancel a cruise at any time for safety reasons due to weather conditions. In the event of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.

Passenger Responsibilities
By participating in a cruise organized by Du Fleuve, passengers agree to:
- Follow all instructions given by the crew and staff of Du Fleuve.
- Wear the safety equipment provided throughout the duration of the cruise.
- Inform the staff of any medical conditions or special needs before departure.
Changes and Cancellations
Du Fleuve reserves the right to modify or cancel a cruise due to unfavorable weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other factors beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by us, passengers will be notified as soon as possible and a refund or rescheduling of the cruise will be offered.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Du Fleuve and its employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in our cruises or the use of our website.
